Job summary

Richards Building Supply in Greer, SC is seeking a CDL B Driver to safely deliver products to job sites and manage warehouse inventory. You will unload materials, ensure weight distribution per DOT rules, and move materials from receiving to storage areas.

The role requires at least 1 year of CDL Class B (or 2 years CDL A), a valid CDL, DOT medical card, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. A reliable, safety‑minded team player is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1+ year CDL Class B or 2+ years CDL Class A driving experience.
• CDL Class B license with Air Brake endorsement or CDL Class A license.
• Current DOT medical card and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50–100 lbs; occasional lifts over 100 lbs required.
• Background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen.
• Experience with flatbed, moffett, or laddervator; training will be provided.
• Heavy lifting experience and ability to operate a delivery truck safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to job sites and unload material as requested.
• Receive, load, and process inventory in the warehouse.
• Secure and distribute weight limits per DOT regulations.
• Move materials from receiving area to designated storage.
