Job summary

Clean Harbors in Location is seeking a Class B Driver (Retail Technician) to provide comprehensive environmental services including collection and disposal of damaged, discarded, or recalled products; recycling of light bulbs, oil, oil filters and other materials; and on-site cleanup activities. Location: 633 East 138th Street.

Pay range: $14.90–$34.62 hourly, with OT possible. Safety and compliance are top priorities; CDL-B with hazmat/tanker endorsement may be needed within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to use a laptop, handheld, printer, and iPhone.
• Background check, drug test, and physical may be required by position.
• Facial hair standards for respirator use per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.34.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Box Truck to retail sites and pick up, pack, and transport damaged/recall goods.
• Load, pack and segregate materials and waste for safe transportation.
• Prepare DOT shipping documents and interact with customers at stops.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA and company policies.
