Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking a CDL-B qualified mover to transport goods and lead the crew in loading shipments. You will help with inspection, inventory, and safe handling of cargo, ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, maintaining paperwork, and complying with DOT regulations. The role involves local, intrastate, and interstate travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel locally, intrastate and interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck or tractor trailer per CDL qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable; ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipment onto and/or off of truck.
• May inspect shipment prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipment.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections on truck and moving equipment, interior and exterior of truck, straps and tensioners, walk-boards, etc.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
