Job summary

Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc in Dallas, TX is seeking a CDL B Driver / Material Handler for the home-nightly shift. You will load and unload trucks, operate a handheld scanner, and help move materials within the distribution center and at customer sites.

Requires that you have a High School Diploma, 6+ months warehouse experience, and at least 6 months of CDL Class B driving. You must be punctual, able to work in non-climate-controlled environments, and capable of lifting up to 70

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months CDL Class B delivery driving experience.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Work at heights of 30 feet or more.
• Lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks in accordance with DOT requirements and safety rules.
• Operate a handheld scanner to prepare materials and documentation for deliveries.
• Operate forklift, lift truck, side loaders, pallet trucks and other loading equipment.
• Report inventory, equipment, safety issues or concerns to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist Will-Call customers in a courteous manner.
• Maintain daily truck inspections and trip reports as required by USDOT.
