Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a CDL B Driver to join our team. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and unload goods, and drive trucks over 3 tons to specified destinations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Home daily with weekends and evenings off, a daily route schedule, and full benefits available. Benefits include health insurance on day one, a 401(k) match, and a strong safety program.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class B license with at least 2 years experience after CDL school.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug testing.
• Must pass Driver's Testing.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Basic math to understand product weight and truck limits.
• Reasoning ability; must be able to solve practical problems and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Loads and unloads finished goods and raw ingredients; secures load during transit.
• Drives truck with capacity of more than 3 tons to destinations.
• Maintains DOT and OSHA certifications and company safety programs.
• Completes paperwork including manifest and shipping documents.
• Assists customers with offloading and communicates with customers and supervisors.
