Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Class B CDL Driver to deliver and recover equipment to customer worksites, operating a flatbed or roll-back truck across urban, suburban, and rural settings. This role requires safe driving practices and the ability to navigate tight construction zones.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, a Class B CDL and a clean driving record. Some locations prefer bilingual applicants, with prior loading/unloading experience and basic mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license with Class B CDL certification & safe driving record.
• Bi-lingual may be preferred in some locations.
• Previous experience driving, loading and unloading tools or equipment.
• Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Customer service focused attitude.
• Detail orientation to properly maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksites.
• Drive a flatbed or roll-back truck in a variety of conditions (urban, suburban, rural).
• Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones.
• Maintain records and safety compliance.
