Cream-O-Land Dairy is seeking a CDL driver to operate a 24-foot straight truck and deliver fresh dairy products on a fixed route. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and professionalism on every doorstep, while upholding DOT/FMC regulations and customer service standards.

The role starts on a Monday-Saturday schedule with early start times, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. No overnight stays, with steady, predictable home time for drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL is required.
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving and delivery experience.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid DOT medical certificate.
• Clean or solid driving record.
• Ability to operate a commercial vehicle in various weather and traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 24-foot straight truck over assigned delivery routes.
• Safely deliver dairy products to multiple customer locations and collect empty cases.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Manually unload cases using carts, dollies, and other tools.
• Use GPS and route information to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Verify delivery counts, inventory accuracy, and product condition.
• Collect payments from customers and issue receipts when required.
