Job summary

Curtis Lumber Co Inc is seeking an experienced CDL B Driver to join our local delivery team in New York. You will perform local lumber deliveries to customer homes and job sites, loading and unloading material safely and verifying order accuracy.

The role offers hourly pay of $22–$25, with overtime after 40 hours, weekly pay, a profit share after one year, and six paid holidays plus PTO. Forklift experience and a clean MVR are required.

• Must have clean MVR and recent driving experience.
• Forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials locally to homes and job sites.
• Verify order accuracy before delivery.
• Maintain delivery truck and basic safety checks.
• Stage loads efficiently for pickup and delivery.
• Handle materials safely and operate equipment as directed.
• Load and unload truck using safe handling practices.

We are looking to find experiencedhard working individuals to join our team of professional CDL B Driver.

Curtis Lumber CDL B Drivers will execute local lumber deliveries to customer homes and job sites. They will be in charge of safely loading and unloading building material products.

Hourly Rate $22 - $25 per hour. Annual Performance Based Raises!

• Professional Delivery of Building Material
• Verifying Accuracy of Order for Delivery
• Truck Maintenance
• Staging LoadsEfficiently
• Safe Material Handling and Equipment Usage
• Ability to Load and Unload Truck Using Safe Material HandlingPractices
• Must have clean MVR and Recent Driving Experience

• Full time 40+ hours per week - Start time 6:30am (Availability 6:30am until 5:30pm)
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs regularly.
• Forklift experience required.
• Pay is dependent on experience, overtime after 40 hours.

• Paid weekly on Fridays
• Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
• Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately
• Must wear PPE, Building material product knowledge is a plus!

CDL B Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age to drive with Curtis Lumber.
