QXO, Inc. is hiring a CDL Driver (Class A or B) to safely transport building materials and support loading, unloading, and securing loads at customer locations and job sites.

You will comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards while operating in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a 21+ year-old driver with a valid Class B CDL in good standing, 12+ months of verifiable commercial driving experience, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks and handle loads weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the load accuracy.
• Notify branch management of potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site for safe loading/unloading.
• Maintain communication with the dispatcher for timely delivery.
• Follow DOT and company safety procedures and wear PPE.

What you'll do:

The CDL Driver (Class A or B) is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation of building materials, construction products, and equipment to customer locations and job sites. This role combines commercial driving responsibilities with hands‑on support in loading, unloading, securing, and verifying materials while ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards. Depending on the business unit, deliveries may include oversized, specialized, or engineered building components. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, customer-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment.

• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load

• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products

What you'll bring:
