Quality Brands Distribution in Bismarck, ND is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to transport beverage products safely to customer locations. You will load, unload, and handle items while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This full-time role (32–40 hours/week) has a Tuesday–Friday schedule with some overnight travel. Compensation ranges from $25.50 to $27.00 per hour based on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL and DOT medical certification.
• Demonstrates safe driving practices and professional conduct.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles and navigate routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and complete assigned deliveries.
• Load, unload and handle beverage products at customer locations.
• Follow DOT requirements and company safety procedures.
• Use handheld devices to update delivery and load information.
• Complete invoices, collect payments, and maintain delivery paperwork.
• Handle returned products and separate sellable items per warehouse procedures.
• Communicate with warehouse/operations about deliveries, returns, maintenance, accidents.
• Occasional overnight travel (1–2 nights per month).

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our Bismarck team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering beverage products to customer locations while ensuring orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally. This position plays an important part in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the day-to-day operations of our delivery and warehouse teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate company vehicles and complete assigned deliveries.
• Load, unload, move, and handle beverage products at customer locations.
• Follow all state driving laws, DOT requirements, and company safety procedures.
• Use handheld devices and company systems to update delivery and load information.
• Complete invoices, collect and balance payments, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork.
• Handle returned products and separate sellable and non-sellable items according to warehouse procedures.
• Communicate with warehouse and operations teams regarding deliveries, returns, maintenance concerns, accidents, or injuries.
• Participate in occasional overnight travel, approximately 1-2 nights per month.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class B or A CDL
• Current DOT Medical Certification
• Ability to safely operate applicable company vehicles
• Ability to perform a physically demanding job that includes frequent lifting, moving, and handling of beverage products.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 160 pounds.
• Dependable attendance and availability to work scheduled and occasional non-standard hours.
• A professional, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support customers and coworkers.

Schedule:

• Full-time positions, approximately 32-40 hours per week.
• Scheduled Tuesday through Friday.
• Additional or non-standard hours may be required depending on business and delivery needs,
• Occasional overnight travel may be required, approximately 1-2 nights per month.
