Staffmark Group in Blytheville, AR is hiring a Class B CDL Delivery Driver for a direct hire role. The position blends local deliveries with long-haul routes, including overnight stays, with a starting pay of $26.00–$28.00 per hour and a flexible schedule.

You will load and unload, obtain proofs of delivery, complete inspections, and maintain safety standards across diverse equipment. Strong driving record and excellent customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL and ability to operate various trucks and equipment.
• Current, clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma.
• Willingness to overtime, interstate travel, and overnight stays.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent professional communication with customers and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver materials to customer job sites and offices
• Load, unload, and properly handle materials
• Obtain proof of delivery
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain ELD compliance
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers and the warehouse manager
• Operate equipment that may include semi-trucks, a 53-foot flatbed trailer, commercial flatbed and box trucks, Sprinter-style vans, and Moffett truck-mounted forklifts
