Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a CDL B Delivery Driver for local routes around the tri-state area. This full-time permanent position offers a home-daily schedule with Monday–Friday hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Pine Island, NY.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service as you deliver HVAC and plumbing materials. You will operate box and curtain-side trucks over local routes, load/unload freight, and maintain accurate logs while ensuring on-time, damage-free deliveries.

Qualifications

• CDL B license required.
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL B vehicles (box trucks, curtain-side trucks – 26,000+ lbs).
• Run local delivery routes (NY, NJ, PA – including Long Island) – home every night.
• Load, unload, and secure freight using proper equipment.
• Deliver HVAC and plumbing materials while providing great customer service.
• Verify shipments, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate logs.
• Inspect loads and report any discrepancies or damage.
