Job summary

Starbucks Allentown, PA is seeking a CDL B driver for a full-time local delivery route. The role involves operating a straight truck, loading/unloading, and delivering products to customers while maintaining accurate records and following safety and food safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have a CDL Class A or B, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet DOT time regulations. The position offers benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license in good standing.
• Experience in drive delivery and safe handling of products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers in an efficient, timely, courteous, and accurate manner.
• Ensure accounts are maintained according to published schematics.
• Load/unload products manually with hook or handcart onto/off truck at customer locations.
• Maintain proper records and paperwork, including delivery tickets and driver logs.
• Check load security before travel and at each stop; adjust as needed.
• Collect empty cases and return them to the facility.
• Complete route within DOT time regulations and follow FMCSR guidelines.
• Maintain a valid CDL and current DOT medical card.
• Complete daily pre/post-trip inspections and related paperwork.
• Follow PPE, food safety, and Good Warehousing Practices.
• Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and safe; stock products in the cold room as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
