Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver in Franklin, MA. You will manage a 20-25 stop route, unload using a pallet jack and hand truck, and ensure superior customer service on each delivery.

The role runs Monday–Friday starting at 5:00 AM, with pay at $28.93/hour, $30.18 with Hazmat certification and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements include a valid CDL B, ability to pass a DOT medical exam, and a good driving record with 1 year of CDL B and route delivery

The Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of 20-25 stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday from 5:00 AM- finish.

Hourly Rate: $28.93/hour, $30.18 with Hazmat Certification + $5000 sign on Bonus!

You will:

• Safely operate a 26’ box truck of 26,001 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand truck, manual / electric pallet jack with a lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You have:

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
