Job summary

NuCO2 is the leading provider of beverage-grade CO2 in the United States. We are seeking a CDL driver to deliver bulk CO2 liquid and cylinders on an established route, with a 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule from Tuesday through Saturday.

The role offers a 4-day workweek, weekly pay, mostly local runs, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days. Candidates must have a CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements, pass screenings, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements required.
• Must be able to lift up to 400 pounds.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe, accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of CO2 and equipment.
• Use handheld device for routing information and delivery details; communicate with depot.
• Complete logs and reports as requested.
• Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

The schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.*

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry.

We have an immediate need for a driver who is responsible for delivering bulk CO2 liquid, hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

NuCO2 Driver Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of CO2 and equipment for delivery
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
• Complete logs and reports as requested
• Maintain basic records of truck mileage, deliveries made, and other business data as needed
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

CDL B Truck Driver Qualifications

• Must have had CDL for 24 months and have used CDL for 12 months within the last 24 months
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL, with tanker and hazmat endorsements
• Possess a current DOT medical card
• Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 400 pounds
• Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
