Job summary

Lehigh Valley Dairy, a DFA brand, is seeking dependable CDL-B delivery drivers to operate a straight truck and manually unload/deliver dairy products on an assigned route. You will build relationships with customers using a friendly approach and ensure on-time deliveries to meet needs and expectations.

Starting pay is $30.78 per hour with benefits, overtime after 40 hours, and opportunities for career growth within a farmer-owned cooperative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months related delivery/route experience preferred.
• Valid Class-B CDL with a clean driving record.
• 21+ years of age; ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck safely and efficiently to deliver dairy products on an assigned route.
• Manually unload/deliver products to customer locations and build relationships with customers.
• Home nightly after routes; start times vary based on business needs.
