Job summary

Cadence Petroleum Group, DBA Yoder Oil, is seeking delivery drivers for our Elkhart, Indiana facility. You will transport lubricants to customers, perform safe loading/unloading, and coordinate with dispatch to meet schedules.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Class A or B CDL and a current DOT medical card, with no automatic transmission restrictions. Bi-weekly pay and uniforms are provided as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Must possess a current DOT Medical Card.
• Ideal candidate must not have automatic transmission restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products according to manifest following DOT regulations and company policy.
• Operate company vehicles in a professional, safe, and courteous manner.
• Coordinate deliveries with dispatch to optimize routes.
• Use knowledge of schedules, delivery times, traffic, and routes to improve efficiency.
• Load and unload products safely according to load size.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document them.
• Maintain a DOT logbook and submit as required.
• Ensure deliveries match customer invoices and documentation.
• Report accidents or vehicle issues promptly.
