CCM Rentals in Mentor, Ohio is hiring a Yard Worker/ Class A Driver for full-time work at our Northeast Ohio locations. The role includes loading/unloading, equipment maintenance, and assisting with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must be licensed to drive a manual shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
• Strong reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks.
• Repair, clean, test, and maintain rental equipment.
• Operate truck and trailer safely and properly.
• Work with customers to ensure equipment is received.
• Explain safe operation and features of equipment.
• Coordinate with managers on pickups/returns.
• Assist in loading/unloading customer vehicles.
• Organize and track inventory.
• Assist in day-to-day operations.
• Work in all weather conditions.
