Job summary

Performance Team is hiring for a Company Driver role at our Philadelphia yard. Pay is $25 per hour with mandatory OT during peak season. Shift runs Wed–Sat, 7am–7pm, alternating Wednesdays, with yard movements and yard truck operations.

Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, a medical card, and at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years. Background checks and USDOT rules knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and Medical Card required.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in last 5 years; yard truck knowledge a must.
• Must be flexible to work OT during peak season and pass background/drug checks.
• Must know USDOT rules and regulations; ability to shuttle trailers to/from off-site yards.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle trailers to and from off-site yards.
• Perform yard switching and operate yard truck as needed.
• Adhere to safety, DOT and company policies during all movements.
