Job summary

Rolfson Oil is seeking drivers in Odessa, TX who hold a Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement. The role requires winch experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and a clean driving record. You must be able to work nights and outdoors for long periods.

Compensation includes $40/hour with overtime pay, housing provided if needed, and a 70-hour work week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision elections, 401K with company match, and safety equipment provided.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement.
Minimum 3 years of winch experience; at least 25 years of age.
Lift 75 lbs comfortably.
Safe driving history with no major violations in the last 5 years.
Pass DOT drug test.
Proficient in writing and speaking English.
Able to work nights.
Able to work outside for long periods.

Responsibilities

Safely drive trucks while in transport.
Follow all delivery instructions and complete paperwork accurately in a timely manner.
Operate hoists and winches to lift and pull loads.
Monitor equipment gauges and indicators to verify load position.
Load and unload materials using equipment and machines and properly secure to the trailer.
Repair, maintain, and adjust equipment using hand tools.
Ensure that all DOT regulations regarding dangerous goods transport are followed.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
