Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking Class A drivers for a west-of-M Mississippi OTR fleet based in the Texas Panhandle. Expect 2,100–2,400 miles weekly with $0.50–$0.72 per mile, plus a $1,000 weekly minimum for the first 3 months solo and $650/week during training.

Drivers are home every two to three weeks. New CDL holders train with a paid mentor; experienced drivers start solo after orientation. Several benefits apply after 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL-A valid in your state.
• 21+ years old and legally eligible to work.
• Live within 100 miles of Amarillo.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight across the West and maintain steady weekly miles.
• Meet weekly mileage targets and deliver loads with minimal dock time.
• Train with a paid mentor for new CDL holders; solo after orientation or after 6 months OTR experience.
