Job summary

STREAMTECH INC is seeking a CDL Operator (Class A) to drive and operate company trucks for waste pickup, hauling, and unloading within oil and gas refineries or on the road. You will ensure timely deliveries while complying with DOT regulations, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain logs.

This safety-sensitive role requires coordination with project managers and site supervisors to optimize schedules and routes.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience with CDL.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Physical ability to perform vehicle inspections and cargo handling.
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain vehicles and equipment for waste transport and vacuum operations.
• Set up and break down job-site equipment per safety protocols.
• Transport freight safely across routes and maintain delivery schedules.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily field maintenance tasks.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Load and unload cargo and secure it to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours, inspections, and delivery records per DOT.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers about delivery status and issues.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Report mechanical issues or accidents promptly.
• Perform manual labor including heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.
