Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years hauling product on flatbeds and/or vans with clean driving record for previous 3 years.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Ability to be certified to operate a variety of powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with attention to detail. Prepare shipping papers, manifests, custom papers, SDSs, inspection forms and weigh tickets.
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to ensure quality standards.
• Move finished and raw material inventory throughout production facilities and warehouses to meet schedules.
• Deliver inventory to Harrell’s manufacturing and warehousing locations.
• Work safely at all times following OSHA, DOT, and DHS guidelines.
• Report accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment with good housekeeping.
• Assist in counting physical inventory.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
