Meadow Gold Dairy in Great Falls, MT is hiring warehouse operators with a Class A CDL to perform a variety of duties including picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing, loading and unloading, and staging for outgoing deliveries.

Schedule is based on business needs with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Competitive pay, vacation/holidays, health benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid MT CDL A and Med Card (or able to obtain the Medical Card).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to climb into/out of trucks, stairs, etc., for most of the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend most of the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stack/move cases up to 6-8 high.
• Work in varying temperatures 35-40°F and outdoors as needed.
• Flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate picking, pulling, and building orders to fulfill deliveries.
• Palletize products and load/unload trailers.
• Move materials within warehouse, cooler, or dock areas.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and machinery.
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication with team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and CBAs as required.
