Pay Range

This range is provided by Hogan Transportation Companies. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Details

• $0.59-$0.61 CPM, based on Experience
• Earn $85,000-$95,000 Annually
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus in 10 monthly payments for Experienced Drivers
• Mileage Pay increases every 6 months until maxed
• Unlimited Driver Referral Program ($2,000-$3,000 per referral, paid out over 180 days)
• Paid time off after 1 year, plus 6 paid holidays after 90 days
• Paid Online Orientation
• Multi-Stop Routes
• Dedicated Dry Van Account – Regional
