Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A truck drivers for a dedicated no-touch delivery role to GA and FL. You will reset at home weekly, spend three nights per week in the truck, and drive with a 17:00–22:00 start window. First-year pay is $80K+, with weekly pay and benefits after 30 days.

Expect CPM of $0.52–$0.57, stop pay of $15 per stop, and a strong home-time balance. All medical, PTO, and 401K benefits begin after 30 days. This is a full-time, dedicated account driving role.

Qualifications

• 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months.
• 12 months verifiable in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations or incidents in the last 3 years; PSP warnings count towards a violation.
• No more than 3 minor incidents or accidents in the last 3 years at fault.
• No more than one highway accident in the last 12 months.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years with total accident cost over $25,000.
• Cannot have failed a DOT drug test in the last five years; must have one full year of safe driving under the SAP program.
• If terminated for accidents, 12 months of safe driving experience required.
• If terminated for safety not an accident, 6 months of safe driving.
• No felonies or misdemeanors with felonious drug charges in the last 7 years.
• No more than two DUIs in a lifetime and none in the last five years.
• No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver no-touch freight to stores in GA and FL with drops and hooks.
• Stay overnight in the truck 3 days per week; reset at home weekly.
• Operate within schedule: 17:00–22:00 start times; weekends and nights required.
• Maintain compliance with safety, DOT, and company policies.

CDL A Truck Drivers Dedicated No Touch Delivery-Home EOD (Full Time)
Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account

Class A drivers run dedicated to deliveries to GA and FL with drivers getting reset at home weekly and will overnight in the truck 3 days per week. This is all no touch freight and 96% is drop and hook. First year pay will be $80K+.

Drivers will pick up trailers from DC in Midway and make deliveries to stores in GA and FL. All deliveries are no touch with about 4% being live unload.

Drivers weekly pay average is $1532 with a guaranteed minimum of $1400 for the first six weeks while you get used to the account. Drivers are paid CPM of between $.52 to $.57CPM and stop pay of $15/Stop.

Drivers must live within 49 miles of Midway and have transportation to and from the facility as truck will stay at facility during off time.

Drivers shift will average 7 to 14 hours and drivers will take reset during the week. Must be willing to work weekends and nights with starting time of 17.00 to 22.00

With this account drivers will have great mix of home time and pay with first year pay of $80K and being away from home 3 nights per week.

• Experience:

• If terminated from job for safety that was not an accident must be 6 months of safe driving
• All felonies and misdemeanors will be reviewed by safety but may not have any felonious drug charges in the last 7 years
• No more than two DUIs in a lifetime and none in the last five years
• No more than 5 jobs in last 3 years
