Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. is hiring dependable Company Drivers to haul freight regionally with a safety-first approach and a transparent pay structure.

New drivers can earn $1500-$1800 per week, with a $1350 weekly minimum. Drivers living in the Plymouth/Wabash area are home frequently. The fleet offers modern equipment, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 1 year of experience.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred not required.
• Must pass and maintain DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight, general commodities, and specialized cargo.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.
• Maintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation.
• Verify bills of lading, collect signatures/receipts, and ensure all paperwork is complete and correct.
• Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fluids, minor repairs); keep trailer clean and ready.

Equipment

Our International LT trucks come fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) for your comfort on the road.
