Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Class A CDL driver to join its delivery team. Responsibilities include safe operation of tractor-trailer, pre/post-trip inspections, cargo securing, and delivering according to route manifests.

Position requires 21+, 18–24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, and a current Class A CDL. Willingness to meet DOT medical card and physical requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 18+ months verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Over the Road drivers: 2+ years verifiable tractor trailer experience in past 3 years.
• No DUIs in past 7 years and clean DOT record within past 3 years.
• Current Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor/trailer per company policies and DOT rules in all conditions.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and secures cargo on trailer.
• Delivers products according to route and schedule on the manifest.
• Obtains customer signatures for proof of delivery and reports issues promptly.
• Maintains clean vehicle and participates in safety meetings.
• Operates onboard recording device and reports any problems.
