Job summary

JNJ Express, Inc. is hiring solo over-the-road drivers to join a high-mileage team. Solo drivers earn $87,000–$100,000+ annually with top performers over $120K. Expect 2,800+ miles weekly, with 100% no touch freight and a rider/pet policy.

Benefits include paid orientation, weekly pay, 401k match, health coverage, life insurance, sign-on bonus, and referral bonuses. Must have a valid CDL-A and be willing to drive nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL.
2 of the past 3 years of OTR experience with a Class A.
No more than 2 moving violations or chargeable accidents in the past 3 years.
No positives/refusals for D&A or SAP programs within the past 3 years.
Able to drive nights and weekends.
Hair follicle and urine pre-employment testing; must take DOT physical at our lab.
No Local Routes.

Responsibilities

Operate long-haul routes across multiple states.
Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
Deliver freight with 100% no-touch freight when applicable.
Report and log driving activities accurately.
