American Transport Team is hiring CDL-A semi-local truck drivers to deliver on a schedule that balances steady miles with frequent home time. Drivers operate semi-local routes with a mix of local and regional deliveries, 5-day work weeks, and day/night shifts available.

Compensation includes a weekly pay average of 1,655 USD with a typical range of 1,630–1,680, plus per-stop pay, mileage and safety pay, and paid training. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with match, and health coverage after 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required to operate semi-local routes.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Must pass urine and hair drug screening.
• Background check is required.
• No SAP (Substance Abuse Program) participants.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-local routes with frequent home time.
• Work a 5‑day week with 2 days off; day and night shifts available.
• Handle drop and hook freight with no-touch loading where applicable.
• Maintain steady freight volumes and structured scheduling.
• Coordinate routes with management to ensure on-time deliveries.
