Job summary

Hill Bros. Trucking is seeking CDL-A regional drivers to earn up to $97,000 per year with strong mileage incentives and weekly home time. Expect a stable base and opportunities for extra pay through bonuses while running routes that emphasize reliability and efficiency.

You will operate 65CPM base plus bonuses, average 2,200–2,800 miles per week, and have the option for additional pay for specialized tasks. Home time is weekly with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 1 year verifiable tractor/trailer experience or 6 months tractor/trailer experience with driving school in the past year.
• Must be 21 years old.
• TWIC card required.

• Strong base pay with real upside. Earn 65CPM + bonuses, with annual earnings reaching up to $97,000 depending on miles and performance.*
• Additional bonuses that reward extra miles. Earn an additional 7CPM bonus after 2,700 miles per week, plus additional pay for specialized work such as chaining, port pay, & container swap pay where applicable
• Home weekly-with flexibility. Get home every week. Run for 6-8 days then take your 34-48 at home.
• Predictable routes. Nothing further west than Denver, east to Indy, SE to Atlanta, or south to Dallas. NO COASTS!
• Strong miles to ramp up your earnings. Pull 40' or 53' reefer containers while averaging 2,200 - 2,800 miles per week.
