Job summary

Hill Brothers Transportation is looking for CDL-A regional drivers to earn strong base pay and bonuses. You’ll have home time every week and drive 40' or 53' reefers across wide but defined routes to keep you close to home.

Expect earnings up to $97,000 per year with a 7CPM mileage incentive, plus other bonuses for extra miles. Routes are predictable, with home weekly and no coasts.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 1 year verifiable tractor/trailer experience or 6 months tractor/trailer experience + driving school in the past year.
• TWIC card is required.

Responsibilities

• Strong base pay with upside; earn 65CPM plus bonuses.
• Earn an additional 7CPM bonus after 2,700 miles per week.
• Home weekly; run 6–8 days then 34–48 hours at home.
• Pull 40' or 53' reefer containers while averaging 2,200–2,800 miles per week.
