Job summary

Online Transport Inc in Indianapolis is seeking professional drivers to join our world-class team. Our routes are dispatched weekly and pre-loaded trailers are delivered to customer destinations with tailgate unloading.

We offer generous compensation, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $60 CPM, weekly gross avg of $1,800–$1,900 and a $150 weekly touch-freight bonus, plus $30 per stop and a $2,000 driver referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL is required and must be valid.
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience in a professional setting.
• Solid work history with a clean driving record and no major incidents.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate routes with touch-freight load and unload at destinations.
• Follow weekly dispatches and pre-loaded trailers for efficient planning.
• Provide reliable, timely delivery while maintaining safety standards.

Job description

Our world-class team of drivers enjoy weekly, flexible schedules. Routes are dispatched prior to the next week so you can plan ahead to balance work with hometime. With our touch-freight routes, you can enjoy some exercise while on the road. All trailers are pre-loaded and only need to be unloaded to the tailgate at customer destinations.

Requirements:

• 21 years of age
• Class A CDL
• Good work history
• Clean driving record
• 6 months of driving experience
• Superior Customer Service skills
• Lift up to 75 lbs
