System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for flatbed regional driving opportunities with weekly home time and a strong pay package. Transition bonuses apply, with a broad benefits offering including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• 6+ months driving experience preferred for Recent CDL-A grads; training available.
• Must have a safe driving record and be at least 21.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years; background check and clean drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes with flatbed equipment.
• Home most weekends.
• Operate in safety-compliant manner and tarps/demonstrated loads as needed.

Driver Benefits

GREAT PAY PACKAGE

• Earn $0.65 to $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
• Earn $1,018.63 - $2,152.27 per week depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service
• Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate

Looking for an exciting driving opportunity in the western region of America? System Transport is hiring Recent CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. We offer competitive pay packages and excellent benefits.

No Experience? No Problem!

For a limited time, through September 30, 2026, we are accepting applications from Recent CDL-A graduates and we will train you! Applicants must possess a valid CDL-A license and meet all other standard hiring requirements (see below).

How To Qualify

• REQUIRED: Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
• REQUIRED: 6+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
• REQUIRED: A safe driving record on the road
• REQUIRED: Must be 21 years of age or older
• REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
• REQUIRED: Background check required
• REQUIRED: A clean drug test required
• REQUIRED: Clean clearinghouse results required
• REQUIRED: For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads. (this is required)
