Job summary

Thind Transport LLC in Virginia is seeking CDL-A drivers and owner-operators. We operate 48-state freight as a 12-year family carrier that pays honestly and answers the phone.

We run flatbed, reefer and dry van loads from Virginia to the entire continental United States; regional drivers home weekly and OTR for 2–3 weeks with real route planning. You choose the freight you're set up for, enjoy a direct dispatch line, and benefit from fleet discounts with a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A, 2+ years verifiable experience preferred
• Clean-enough MVR — we look at the whole picture, not one ding
• Owner operators: truck in roadworthy shape, we handle the rest
• Live anywhere in Virginia or along our lanes — the freight comes to you

We hire CDL-A drivers and owner operators who live in Virginia — Richmond, Norfolk, Roanoke and anywhere else in the state. 48-state freight, run by a 12-year family carrier that pays honestly and answers the phone.

Virginia freight moves on I-95 and I-81 and I-64, and our flatbed, reefer and dry van loads run all 48 states out of our Kent, WA home yard — so what you run depends on the week and on what you take. Regional drivers get home weekly; OTR runs 2-3 weeks with real route planning, not forced dispatch.
