Job summary

Thind Transport LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers and owner operators who live in Tennessee—Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville and anywhere else in the state. We offer 48-state freight with a 12-year family carrier that pays honestly and answers the phone.

Freight moves across multiple states from our Kent, WA home yard; regional drivers get home weekly, OTR runs 2–3 weeks with real route planning. You choose the equipment you run and dispatch is a direct line.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• 2+ years verifiable driving experience preferred.
• Clean-enough MVR; we look at the whole picture, not one ding.
• Owner operators: truck in roadworthy shape, we handle the rest.

Responsibilities

• Flatbed, Reefer, Dry Van – you pick what you’re set up for.
• Touch level stated on the load before you accept it.
• Fuel card with fleet discounts at major stops.
• Dispatch that answers — a direct line, not a call center.

Regional drivers get home weekly; OTR runs 2-3 weeks with real route planning, not forced dispatch.
