Job summary

Thind Transport LLC in New Jersey is seeking drivers for flatbed, reefer or dry van lanes. Regional runs offer weekly home time; OTR assignments run 2–3 weeks with planned routing. We operate 48-state freight from NJ and pay honestly with direct dispatch support.

New Jersey-based drivers or those along our lanes are encouraged to apply; trucks should be in roadworthy condition and we provide a fuel card and fleet discounts. Live anywhere in NJ with loads coming to you.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• 2+ years verifiable driving experience preferred.
• Clean-enough MVR; whole driving record considered.
• Owner operators: truck must be roadworthy; carrier handles rest.

Responsibilities

• Regional lanes: home weekly, rest of time with planning.
• OTR options: 2–3 weeks away with real route planning.
• Freight types include Flatbed, Reefer, Dry Van; you pick.

We hire CDL-A drivers and owner operators who live in New Jersey — Newark, Trenton, Camden and anywhere else in the state. 48-state freight, run by a 12-year family carrier that pays honestly and answers the phone.

New Jersey freight moves on I-95 and I-78 and I-80, and our flatbed, reefer and dry van loads run all 48 states out of our Kent, WA home yard — so what you run depends on the week and on what you take. Regional drivers get home weekly; OTR runs 2-3 weeks with real route planning, not forced dispatch.
