H&M Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. You will operate safely according to FMCSA regulations, maintain logs, and ensure on-time delivery while communicating professionally with dispatch and customers.

CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver – OTR

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Drivers average between $2,000 and $2,200 a week
• Weekly pay
• Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay
• Anniversary Pay:
  • 1–3 years: $850
  • 4–5 years: $1,700
  • 6+ years: $2,550
• $225 for major holidays (if out)
