Job summary

Koch Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for the Marine Division in Kilgore, TX. The role covers hauling new pontoons, recreational and fishing boats from manufacturers to dealerships across the US and Canada. A valid CDL-A and at least 1 year of driving experience are required.

You’ll join a fleet focused on safety, reliability, and owner-operator support. Starting pay is $0.60/mile with potential increases, home time is typically 7–14 days, and a $5,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation

• Experience hauling marine vessels is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Highlights:

• Average annual earnings: $75K-$85K
• Starting pay: $0.60/mile, $0.61/mile with passport or enhanced license
• Home time: Out 7-14 days based on location
• Hiring bonus: $5,000 (paid monthly)

• All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months
