Job summary

Fundamental Labor Strategies Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Local Truck Driver for flatbed work in Ephrata, PA. This full-time, year-round role offers local routes with early AM start times and 10-14 hour shifts, with overtime after 8 hours and a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,700–$2,200.

You will drive newer, reliable equipment, secure loads with straps and tarps, and work in both rural and urban settings. Training is available for the right candidate interested in flatbed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Flatbed experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle loading equipment securely.

Responsibilities

• Operate local flatbed routes in Ephrata, PA.
• Secure loads using straps, tarps, chains/binders, rope and bungee cords.
• Occasional OT after 8 hours and over $1,700 weekly pay.
• Drive newer, reliable equipment and maintain safe operation.
