Base pay starts at $0.68 per mile with bonuses bringing it to $0.73 per mile. The plan includes 7–10 day home time, no-touch freight, and fuel/safety bonuses that increase over time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• Minimum age 23 and good driving record.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience required.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Home every 7–10 days with no-touch freight.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit.
• Late-model trucks with a dispatch team.
• Secure parking and drop yards throughout the network.
