Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Gilberts, IL — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Delivery routes include WI, MN, ND SD, KS, IA, MO, MI, OH, KY, NE, IL, IN with home every weekend. Schedule is day shift; tractor is sleeper, dry van & Conestoga. Paid training and a $3,000 sign-on bonus are included. Ryder provides safety training, uniforms, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a background and motor vehicle check including drug/alcohol verification for last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months past 3 years, or 2 years past 5 years, or 5 years past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
