R.H. Phillips Trucking, a family-owned carrier, seeks an experienced Truck Driver (Class A CDL) in Richmond, IN. Earn up to $25.00 per hour with a $2,000 hiring bonus paid in two installments. Home every night and weekends, with a safety-focused, team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities include transporting goods, inspecting vehicles, planning routes, and maintaining logs. Must meet the company’s safety standards and pass background/drug checks; two years driving experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL license.
• Two years driving experience.
• No major violations in the last 3 years.
• Willing to submit to background and drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials to manufacturing plants or distribution centers.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods; retain fuel/toll receipts.
• Use Samsara system and Dispatch software for loading/unloading and POD.
