Job summary

US3063 Sygma Pennsylvania (The Sygma Network, Inc) is hiring delivery drivers to safely transport products from the warehouse to customers in a tractor-trailer, with routes up to 36 hours and earnings potential of $90,000–$95,000 per year.

The role offers paid training, a brand-new fleet of automatics, and benefits starting after 31 days. Opportunities include team and solo dedicated routes with evening dispatch, in a role focused on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent; one year tractor trailer driving experience preferred, or completion of driving school.
• Valid Class A CDL; insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of employment.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand highway signs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart according to customer specs and company standards.
• Complete all required paperwork (DOT logs, inspections, maintenance reports, invoices) accurately and timely.
• Ensure food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in truck, trailer, warehouse, and yard.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
