Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver with a CDL A for home daily routes in Minnesota. You will operate tractor-trailers, including doubles and triples, and provide excellent service to customers while loading and unloading freight.

Pay ranges from $31.29 to $38.60 per hour, with benefits starting on day one and opportunities for PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a flexible schedule including day, night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Willing to obtain hazmat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that’s up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
