Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver for home daily routes in Michigan. The role requires a valid CDL A, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain hazardous materials endorsements within 90 days.

You will operate tractor-trailers, contribute to customer service, and handle loading/unloading tasks. Pay starts at $30.07 per hour with full health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hazardous materials/tank vehicle/doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment may be required.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in last 3 years.
• Valid DOT Medical Certification Card or company-paid DOT physical.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours, including day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
