Job summary

CR England is hiring for a dedicated local fleet role with multi-stop routes to Walmart stores within 225 miles of Casa Grande, AZ. Home time is daily with shifts varying and the fleet is among the newest in the country.

Expect mileage band pay plus stop and detention pay, along with standard benefits such as Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA, FSA, Life, AD+D, PTO and a 401(k). A valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old are required, with 3+ months of recent experience and willingness to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-stop, local Walmart deliveries within 225 miles of Casa Grande, AZ.
• Handle mostly no-touch, live-unload freight and 8–15 loads per week with 3–4 stops per load.
• Adhere to schedule and ensure on-time deliveries from the Casa Grande distribution center.

Job description

Multi-stop runs to Walmart stores within 225 miles of Casa Grande, AZ, and a drive home at the end of every day. That is the work on this dedicated local fleet.

Most loads are no-touch live unloads, so your focus stays on driving and making your stops on time. Drivers average 8-15 loads per week, with 3-4 stops per load.

• Routes start from 58 south Thornton Ave, Casa Grande, AZ
• All runs stay within a 225-mile radius of the distribution center
• Deliveries go to Walmart stores
• Mostly multi-stop loads with no-touch live unload freight

Home Time:

• Shifts vary, so be ready to work any shift

Equipment:

• Day cabs with automatic transmissions
• C.R. England runs one of the newest fleets in the country

How Pay Works:

• Mileage band pay, stop pay and detention pay on this fleet

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Need to be willing to work any shift
