JBS Carriers, Inc. is seeking CDL-A shuttle/short-haul/local truck drivers for routes in Texas, with a focus on refrigerated freight and plant transfers.

Compensation includes $185–$200 daily, with orientation and a breakdown of pay. A $4,000 retention bonus and a driver referral program up to $3,100 are offered, plus ongoing mentorship and a family-friendly work schedule.

• Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience

Job description

• $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
