Base pay starts at $0.68 per mile, with increases based on mileage per month and fuel/safety bonuses. After one year, bonuses increase 30% and continue to grow, up to double the original rate.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• At least 9 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience.
• Minimum age 23.
• Good driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
