Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking an Inexperienced CDL-A Truck Driver (0–6 months experience) to join our team at the Gentry, Arkansas location to cover a dedicated Midwest region. You will gain valuable driving experience while contributing to a family-friendly culture and competitive pay.

We offer a path with pay progression, starting at $1,400 per week after training, plus profit sharing, health and wellness benefits, 401(k) with matching, and long-term job security as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Class A CDL issued by a recognized authority.
• Willingness to drive as part of a team.
• Ability to unload a trailer containing snack cake products, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to obtain tanker endorsement within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a dedicated Midwest region route, covering the defined area.
• Deliver snack cake products safely and on schedule to assigned stops.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and on-time delivery while following company policies.
